As well as you may not provide access to Digital Source Files to third parties in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute Design Asset as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the Digital End Product).

Full License Agreement Text

This is a license agreement between you and Vectoria. It explains how you can exploit graphics, illustrations, fonts, textures, brushes (add-ons), and design templates (sometimes referred to as Design Asset or Design Assets) that you license from Vectoria. By downloading content from Vectoria, you accept the terms of this agreement.

1. License

Subject to these terms and conditions, we hereby grant you during the Subscription Term a non-exclusive, commercial, recoverable, worldwide license to use Design Assets on or in connection with the design, manufacture, promotion, advertising, distribution, and sale of End Products worldwide including, for the avoidance of doubt, for the creation and distribution of marketing collateral in respect of the End Products.

 

These Terms are not for the sale of Design Assets to you but to grant you a license that allows you to use Design Assets on the terms and conditions set out below. This means that you do not own Design Assets and are only allowed to use Design Assets in accordance with these Terms. We and our licensors remain the sole and beneficial owners of the Assets at all times.

2. Subscription

You may download a certain number of Design Assets, (PRO Subscription Plan), or an unlimited number of Design Assets, (ULTIMATE Subscription Plan) for a certain fee, over a specified time frame. The table below provides an overview of the limitations and regulations of the available subscription plans:

3. End Products

You may create your products using Design Assets (End Products) that include products in a digital form (Digital End Product) or physical products (Physical End Product) with certain restrictions (see paragraphs 5, 6, 7). (Examples of Digital End Products: eBook, Software Application, Tutorial, Logo Design, etc. Examples of Physical End Products: Mugs, Bags, T-Shirts, Printed Books, etc.).

4. Digital Source Files

Design Assets are offered in various file extensions. Some of them may be Digital Source Files which mean original, layered design files that allow you to make future edits to the design, for example, *.AI, *.PSD, *.EPS, *.OTF, *.TTF, etc. To avoid doubt, Digital Source Files are part of Design Assets.

 

Once your Subscription has expired or has been canceled, you are not allowed to create any new End Products using purchased Design Assets. As well as you are not allowed to use any Digital Source Files in any combination with any of your End Products.

5. General License Terms

You have the revocable right to use, publish, reproduce, display or otherwise exploit Design Assets during the Subscription Term, for the following purposes: 

 

  • create unlimited Physical End Products for commercial use.
  • create unlimited Digital End Products for commercial use.
  • create, publish and sell items via print-on-demand platforms and services.
  • create Physical and Digital End Products for your customers.
  • customize and modify any design to create Physical and Digital End products.

 

After your Subscription Term is expired or canceled you have the right to commercially exploit existing Physical and Digital End Products, which include purchased Digital Assets.

 

You are not allowed to:

  • resell, sub-license, redistribute, rent, or share any of the Digital Source Files even with modifications;
  • install or embed Digital Source Files to third-party servers, platforms, or applications.
  • provide any of the Digital Source Files as part of a Physical or Digital End Product.
  • convert Digital Source Files to other formats and resell, sub-license, redistribute, rent, or share any of those.
  • create and develop any new Physical and Digital End Products after your subscription has expired or has been canceled.

6. Physical End Products

In relation to Physical End Products you are allowed to:

 

  • place, transfer or print a design on a physical item without modifications.
  • customize and modify designs and place them on physical items.
  • sell unlimited copies of the physical item that contains the design.
  • create, publish and sell physical items via print-on-demand platforms and Services.
  • sell already published physical items that contain the design even after you cancel your subscription.
  • sell items that include the design worldwide for an unlimited time.

 

You are not allowed to:

 

  • provide a copy of the Digital Source Files with your Material Product.
  • create, customize or modify any new physical items, which contain the design after you cancel your subscription.
  • Commercially exploit any new products that contain the design after your subscription has expired or has been canceled.

 

7. Digital End Products

In relation to Digital End Products you are allowed to:

 

  • create and customize digital end products which contain the design with significant changes.
  • customize, modify and combine designs to create new digital end products as long as the original source files cannot be extracted.

 

You are not allowed to:

 

  • resell, sub-license, redistribute, rent, or share any of the Digital Source Files even with modifications as part of a Digital End Product.
  • create Digital End Products that contain the design without any significant customizations or modifications.
  • create, customize or modify any new digital items that contain the design after you cancel your subscription.

 

8. License Terms for Fonts

  • Fonts or add-ons may be used only by you, a person who purchased a subscription. This means you cannot transfer the font or add-on to someone else or allow it to be used by someone else, even within the same company.
  • You are entitled to install the font or add-on simultaneously on up to two computers per subscription seat. Please note that installation and use of the font or add-on can only occur while your subscription is active.
  • Except as set out in paragraph e., you can’t redistribute the font or add-on (this includes no public distribution, display, or performance). You also can’t modify or make derivatives of the font or add-on.
  • Except as set out in paragraph e., you can’t incorporate or distribute the font or add-on within an End Product. But you may link the End Product users to where they can directly license the font or add-on.
  • You can incorporate a web-enabled font as part of an End Product, but your End Product must not encourage or facilitate users to extract the font or create new text using it.

 

9. Third-Party Design Assets

Some Design Assets are licensed to you by third parties licensors. You should carefully review and comply with the individual license terms on which such Design Assets are provided to you at the link attached to each such Design Asset.

 

You acknowledge and agree that the individual license terms may provide additional restrictions for using Design Assets in addition to these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You are not allowed to use any of the provided design assets in relation to the following things:

 

  • break the law or encourage any unlawful activity.
  • create, send or upload anything that is (or might be considered to be) defamatory, offensive, obscene or discriminatory.
  • infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property rights.
  • transmit any harmful software code such as viruses.
  • try to gain unauthorized access to computers, data, systems, accounts or networks, or
  • deliberately disrupt the operation of anyone’s website, app, software, server or business.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may need to revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, to deal with a security threat or if there is a change in the law or guidance. The changes will take effect on the second business day after publishing on our site, thus we encourage you to review these terms from time to time.
